Job summary

LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services is seeking experienced Housekeeping Managers to lead our teams across Australia. You will head up housekeeping operations, ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards.

The role requires a Diploma in hospitality management or related field and at least two years in a similar leadership position, preferably in a 4- or 5-star environment; strong leadership, rostering, recruitment and payroll experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma- level qualification in hospitality management or related field.
• At least two years of work experience in a similar Housekeeping Manager role, preferably within a 4 or 5 star environment.

Responsibilities

• Head up housekeeping teams across multiple locations in Australia.
• Manage all housekeeping operations and ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards.
• Oversee recruitment, development, rostering and performance improvement of staff.
