Oaks Brisbane Aurora Suites is currently seeking a dedicated, experienced, and hands‑on Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping department on a full‑time basis.
As Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the full operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team performance across the property. You’ll lead a motivated team, manage departmental budgets, and drive continuous improvement in service standards.
In this leadership role, you’ll ensure exceptional cleanliness standards, drive service excellence, and manage a high‑performing team. You’ll also take responsibility for departmental budgets, team development, and operational efficiency across all guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
