Job summary

Estia Health in Australia is seeking a dedicated cleaning and hygiene professional to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming home for our residents. You will be part of a dedicated team delivering high standards of cleanliness and safety across our aged care homes.

Join a supportive team that values attention to detail, safety, and compassionate care. You will support hygiene maintenance, audits, and site inspections to continuously deliver operational excellence across our homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in a care home or similar setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Collaborative team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean, hygienic and safe environment for residents.
• Contribute to high standards of cleanliness and presentation within the home.
• Support a team of aged care professionals and uphold Work, Health and Safety principles.
• Assist in implementing and auditing a hygiene maintenance system and site inspections.
