The Opportunity

We are seeking Environmental Services Assistant to work across our domestic services at Berkeley Vale Private Hospital. This opportunity will have you being a part of a brilliant team of people responsible for providing the highest standards of cleanliness to all areas of our hospital.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all areas of the hospital.
  • Ensuring all equipment used during shifts is thoroughly cleaned, restocked, and stored correctly.
  • Demonstrating a friendly, supportive attitude and maintaining open, respectful communication at all times.
Skills and Experience

The successful candidates will be punctual, reliable and with a commitment to genuine, friendly customer service.

  • Previous experience in a hospital environment but not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
  • Compliance with HACCP, Workplace, Health and Safety and Infection Control
  • Have experience in cleaning services
  • Be a team player and love to work within a large team
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and take pride in your work
