Job summary

Accor is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager for Ibis Budget Enfield to lead the property with strong commercial acumen and a focus on guest satisfaction. You will drive top-line performance, lead a diverse team, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.

You will wear many hats, guiding daily operations, managing costs, and developing relationships with the local community while delivering exceptional hospitality and achieving targets.

Job Description

Be an ambassador of the brand and the property as Hotel Manager for Ibis Budget Enfield, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximised operating results. You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, and tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets, and to position the property in the marketplace.

You will be responsible for:
