Grand Hyatt Melbourne is on the lookout for an experienced Chief Engineer to lead its Engineering Department. You'll be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the hotel's facilities, ensuring safety and comfort for both guests and staff.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll guide the Engineering team and manage maintenance schedules, projects, and external contractors while focusing on operational efficiency and safety compliance.
