Job summary

BOUNCE is seeking a friendly Host in Melbourne to welcome guests with energy and help deliver memorable experiences for birthday parties and school groups. You’ll engage customers, coordinate activities, and contribute to a safe, fun environment.

Training is provided to cover customer experience, venue operations, basic trampoline skills, and group hosting. Weekend availability is required to fit shifts and duties across venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum working age 15 years old.
• A Working with Children check and weekend availability are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a welcoming smile and positive energy.
• Assist with hosting parties and group activities, including dodgeball and jumper experiences.
• Ensure customers have an awesome and safe time from entry to exit.

About the role…

As aHost your welcoming smile, natural energy and helpful nature will help customers feel welcome and comfortable to explore and discover magic experiences while they are at BOUNCE.

Whether you are hosting a kid’s party or school group, scoring a dodgeball game or inspiring a first-time jumper, your outgoing and confident nature will see you comfortably interacting with customers of all ages.

The role of the Host is to help ensure that each customer has an awesome and safe time from the moment they enter BOUNCE, to the moment they leave.

BOUNCE Training & Development

BOUNCE provides a thorough and extensive training program that aims to equip all staff members with skills that they can carry with them for life.

Host training covers areas that include:

• Customer experience delivery
• Venue operations
• Barista training
• Basic trampoline skills
• Party and Groups Hosting
• L2/Senior First Aid

For those keen, there are opportunities to advance into a range of team leadership and coaching roles.

A Working with Children check and weekend availability are required.

Minimum Working Age Requirement

To ensure the safety of our team and guests, and due to the level of responsibility involved, including being a first responder in the event of an incident, applicants must be at least 15 years old to work as a BOUNCE Host.
