Shoalhaven Ex-Services Group Nowra & Worrigee, NSW seeks a dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead our hospitality team. You will oversee gaming, dining, events and guest services, maintaining high standards and a welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors alike.

You’ll coach staff, manage performance, and ensure compliance with RSA/ARCG. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is essential as we grow our community-focused venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership and people management.
• Strong customer service orientation and guest focus.
• Current RSA and ARCG certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across gaming, food and beverage, events and customer service.
• Coach and support staff with clear direction and recognition.
• Ensure warm welcomes, respectful service and a sense of belonging for guests.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints with care and confidence.
• Maintain responsible service of alcohol and gambling compliance and venue safety.
• Oversee rostering, onboarding, training, and staff development.
