Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Hospitality Assistant - Cleaner for our Lismore & Far North Coast NSW site. The role supports residents by keeping all areas clean and hygienic, assisting with daily living spaces and care environments.

You will vacuum, mop, dust, clean bathrooms, restock trolleys, and help maintain infection control practices. This part-time position offers flexible shifts and a supportive team in a not-for-profit aged care provider.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel services experience desirable.
• Willingness to take direction from others.
• Reliability and shift flexibility.
• Good time management and the ability to work under pressure.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
• Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times.
• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors.
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying.
• Cleaning bathroom facilities.
• Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room.
• Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required.
