AVC Operations Pty Limited – Sydney CBD NSW is hiring casual hospitality staff for exciting roles across our Sydney venues. We’re looking for energetic team players to deliver great guest experiences with flexible shifts during peak periods.

Available positions include front of house, bars, food running, events, kitchen support, supervisory roles, and venue management tracks. A valid RSA is required for all front-of-house roles. Join us and be part of Sydney’s vibrant hospitality scene.

Casual Hospitality Staff - Sydney Venues

Get ready for Sydney's busiest season

We're gearing up for a huge end-of-year trading period across our Sydney venues and are looking for energetic, people-focused hospitality staff to join our teams.

We're hiring across a range of Sydney venues, including Bungalow 8, Cargo, Barangaroo House, The Oriana and The Golden Sheaf, which are a few to name, with opportunities available across our wider Sydney venue network.

Whether you're an experienced hospo professional or looking to get your foot in the door, we'd love to hear from you.

We're hiring for casual opportunities across:

• Front of house and all-rounder roles
• Bars and beverage service
• Food running and waitstaff
• Functions and events
• Kitchen and back-of-house roles
• Supervisory and team leader positions
• Duty Manager, Assistant Venue Manager and Venue Manager roles

Our peak trading periods are typically Thursday to Sunday, including evenings, late nights and public holidays. Availability across these times is essential.

What we're looking for

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential
• A genuine passion for great service and memorable guest experiences
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Great communication, good banter and plenty of personality
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and late-night finishes

Essential requirement

• A valid RSA is required for all front-of-house positions
