Our camps and lodges are located in some of Australia’s most remote regions. Many cannot be accessed by road – instead, you’ll be flown to site from Darwin or Cairns via our private aviation network. You’ll live and work onsite for the entirety of the season, typically 5–10 months, without regular access to nearby towns or cities.
This lifestyle offers a rare opportunity to disconnect from the everyday, immerse yourself in nature, and connect deeply with Australia’s vast and beautiful landscapes. While it comes with unique challenges, it’s also one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll ever have.
At Outback Spirit Tours, we prioritise a safe and productive work environment. As part of this commitment, we conduct drug and alcohol testing for all employees. Candidates should be aware that some prescription medications may cause a non‑negative test result, and by applying for this position, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy. Furthermore, please note that a National Criminal History Check is a required step in the recruitment process.
