Northern Health is seeking a Pharmacist - Compounding Services to join the Pharmacy Department in our new Compounding Suite. The role requires aseptic dispensing knowledge and is based across campuses in Melbourne's outer north.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of a senior pharmacist, with after-hours/on-call duties and potential travel to partner organisations. 3+ years hospital pharmacy experience and aseptic production training are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• At least 3 years' experience in hospital pharmacy.
• At least 1 year's experience in hospital pharmacy aseptic production.
• Training in aseptic and cytotoxic production.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-management skills including meeting timelines and prioritising demands.

Responsabilités

• Supports aseptic compounding services, including aseptic, cytotoxic and biological treatments.
• Works under the guidance of the senior pharmacist to ensure safe, accurate delivery.
• Collaborates with Pharmacy Department to meet departmental strategic outcomes.
• May require travel between Northern Health campuses and partner organisations.
