Job summary

Webuild in Australia (with Clough and e2o) seeks an experienced Fitout Delivery Manager to lead the planning and delivery of the fit-out for the Perth Women and Babies Hospital project in Western Australia.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to deliver safe, on-time and on-budget outcomes, coordinating with engineering, procurement and commercial teams across the site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Construction White Card and valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Experience delivering large-scale hospital or complex building projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of the fit-out component for a major hospital project.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality and cost/schedule objectives are met.
• Develop and implement project controls and buildability strategies.
• Maintain client and supplier relationships to achieve project objectives.
