NHW are looking for an experienced administration super star who enjoys working in a busy work environment with excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

The position of Administration Assistant - Switchboard Emergency requires flexibility and enthusiasm for variety in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative settings with medical terminology and privacy principles.
• Ability to work under pressure with competing demands.
• Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Cover leave as required and work additional hours when available.
• Provide switchboard/administrative support as part of a busy hospital environment.
