Job summary

St Barnabas Hospices is seeking a proactive Shop Manager to support the Retail Manager in running the charity shops across our group. You will deliver excellent customer service, lead staff and volunteers, manage stock, promote Gift Aid, handle daily cash and banking, and ensure the shop and site are safe and well presented.

You will also step in for the shop manager in their absence after full induction, helping to raise income and raise the hospice profile in the community.

Qualifications

• Assist in managing day-to-day shop activities and sales.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote Gift Aid.
• Stand in for the shop manager in their absence after induction.

Responsibilities
