Coachwood Information Professionals in Melbourne's Inner East is seeking horticulture staff for flexible full-time, part-time, casual, and contractor roles. A passion for gardening, a positive attitude, and willingness to work hard are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Horticulturist with a minimum of three to five years hands-on experience in gardening/landscaping.
• Studying or new to the industry may apply if there is a passion for gardening.
• Full driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are required.
• Experience with irrigation installation and maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high-end private gardens in Melbourne's Inner East.
• Collaborate with a small team to service residential clients weekly.
• Apply pruning techniques and operate gardening machinery as needed.

Short & Long Term Roles Available - Part Time & Full Time Opportunities

The Role

We are a well-established Horticultural Business specialising in the establishment and maintenance of high-end gardens. Our small team consists of enthusiastic gardeners servicing both small and large private residential clients in Melbourne's Inner East.

Full Time, Part time, Casual and Contractors will be considered, however all applicants must have a positive attitude, be willing to work hard and a love of gardens is essential!

Roles Available

We are looking to expand. We have three levels of experience required:

Qualified Horticulturist with a minimum of three to five years hands on experience in the gardening or landscaping industry.

Horticulturist - qualification will be highly regarded, one to three years industry experience essential.

Studying or new to the industry, may not have any formal qualification but a passion for gardening is essential.

Candidate Experience

To be considered for the roles, candidates will have the following skills and experience:

Good working knowledge of plants, pests and diseases.

Experience with pruning techniques and machinery use.

Irrigation installation and maintenance experience.

Be physically fit.

Have a full drivers licence, and reliable vehicle.

Gardening equipment, including their own lawn/hedging mechanical equipment.
