The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a hands-on horticulture professional to maintain and enhance parks, gardens and open spaces across the Coffs Coast. You will contribute to presentation, sustainability and community enjoyment through practical horticultural work.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Horticulture (AQF3), AQF3 Chemical Accreditation and a current Class C Driver Licence, with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. This permanent full-time role is 38 hours per week.

Competenze

• You hold a Certificate III in Horticulture (AQF3) and an AQF3 Chemical Accreditation.
• You also hold a current Class C Driver Licence and can work safely in outdoor environments.
• You are reliable, able to work in a team or independently and communicate effectively.

Mansioni

• Contribute to presentation, sustainability and enjoyment of parks, gardens, reserves and open spaces.
• Carry out hands-on horticultural maintenance across the Coffs Coast.

In this hands‑on role, you'll contribute to the presentation, sustainability and enjoyment of parks, gardens, reserves, road corridors and open spaces across the Coffs Coast. From improving landscapes and nurturing plant collections to delivering specialised horticultural maintenance, you'll play an important part in creating welcoming and vibrant environments for our community to enjoy every day

About you

You hold a Certificate III in Horticulture (or equivalent), AQF3 Chemical Accreditation and a current Class C Driver Licence. With practical horticultural experience and a strong commitment to safety, you're a reliable team player who can work independently, communicate effectively and take pride in delivering high-quality outdoor environments.
