Job summary

Eastside Horse Riding Academy is seeking an upbeat, experienced coach to teach beginner, novice and intermediate riders in Sydney. Coaching takes place in two covered arenas or in Centennial Park grounds. Some yard duties and horse care are required, with leisure rides and holiday camps included.

Applicants must have a current First Aid Certificate and a Working with Children check. Coaching experience is essential, including coaching riders of all ages; EA qualification is optional with a path

Qualifications

• Experience in a riding school environment is a bonus.
• Willing to work during the week and one weekend day.
• Option to join Coach Education program of the stables.

Responsibilities

Eastside Horse Riding Academy – The Centennial Park NSW

Eastside Riding Academy is seeking an upbeat, experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our inspired team, this is a rare opportunity. Based in Sydney, 20 minutes from Bondi Beach or Sydney CBD.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable coach to teach beginner, novice and intermediate riders. Some yard duties, horse care duties and schooling of horses will be required but the main role will be coaching. Applicants must enjoy working with children (WWC required). All coaching takes place in either two covered arenas, or in the Equestrian Grounds located in Centennial Park. Leisure rides around Centennial Park and holiday camps are also a part of the duties. Requirements:

Current First Aid Certificate

Working with Children check

Coaching experience is essential, including experience coaching novice and intermediate riders of all ages

Experience in a riding school environment is a bonus but not essential

Working hours will be during the week and one weekend day

EA qualification is not essential, the successful applicant has the option to join the Coach Education program of the stables to further their equestrian studies
