Invenio in Geelong seeks a Homologation Data Analyst/Engineer for a 10‑month, part‑time contract (approximately 32 hours per week). You will coordinate with global Program and Engineering teams to support vehicle homologation activities, develop automation for data handling, and improve reporting processes.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience in the automotive industry.
Prior experience in regulatory, homologation or industry standards development.
Familiarity with automation and data tools such as Excel Macros, Access, VBA and/or Alteryx.
Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
A self-starter attitude with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
High levels of integrity and professional ethics.

Responsibilities

Interface and coordinate with global Program and Engineering teams for deliverables.
Analyse activities and develop automation scripts to extract, transform and load data.
Identify reporting requirements and modernise tools and processes.
Develop dashboards, charts and graphs using Microsoft tools.
Support team members with software application maintenance and troubleshooting.
Collect and consolidate engineering data into government homologation submissions.
Prepare and submit technical information to authorities and partners.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across data and homologation processes.
