Uniting is seeking a Homelessness Services Team Leader in Sale, VIC to oversee a suite of homelessness support programs for the Wellington Shire and beyond. You will inspire, supervise and support a dedicated team while collaborating with the Leadership Team to improve service systems and processes.

You will ensure services meet quality standards, program targets and contractual agreements, while championing best practice and driving positive outcomes for people experiencing housing insecurity

Qualifikationen

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, Welfare Studies or related disciplines.
• Driver's licence valid in Victoria.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Demonstrated understanding of homelessness-related needs and issues.
