Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership experience within home care, aged care, or community health.
  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance, and governance.
  • Proven financial and operational management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for supporting older people.
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse – highly desired.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and strategic Home Care Manager to lead a dedicated team delivering high‑quality home care and support services across the Adelaide region. Based in the CBD, this pivotal role oversees Home Care Packages and community services, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and fostering a culture of excellence and respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Care Coordinators, Case Managers, and Support Workers.
  • Manage and oversee delivery of Home Care Packages (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services.
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, funding requirements, and organisational policies.
  • Monitor budgets, funding utilisation, and operational performance to achieve sustainable service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to service development, workforce planning, and strategic projects.
  • Oversee client assessments, care planning, and review processes to ensure high‑quality, individualised support.
