Job summary

Regis Aged Care is seeking an in-home care worker in Victoria to provide personalised support to clients in their own homes, helping with daily routines and quality of life.

You will assist with personal care, household tasks, and social support, building compassionate relationships while maintaining client dignity and independence. The role offers flexible shifts and opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
• Experience in community or aged care is desirable.
• Current full driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• First Aid and CPR Certificate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, wellbeing and daily routines.
• Assist with personal care, household tasks and social support, while building positive relationships and delivering care with respect and compassion.
