Job summary

Regis Aged Care in Australia is seeking part-time and casual Home Care Assistants to support older Australians in their own homes. You’ll provide personal care, help with daily tasks and foster independence with warmth and respect.

Offering flexible shifts, competitive hourly rates 35.60–38.13 AUD plus 12% super and travel between visits, Regis provides career pathways, discounts, and study support across 500+ brands.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
• Experience in community or aged care desirable.
• Compassionate, client-focused approach.
• Reliable and flexible availability.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Current full driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, wellbeing and daily routines.
• Assist with personal care, household tasks and social support, while building positive relationships.
• Deliver care with respect and compassion.
