This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide your team, oversee daily operations, and drive service performance, creating a positive experience for residents, families, and stakeholders alike.
As an experienced service operations leader, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or a similar environment, you'll be self-motivated, proactive, and bring strong leadership capability. You'll empower your team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services, while reinforcing the importance of food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. You'll demonstrate:
