• Building a pipeline of lending leads. Keeping track of and nurturing these relationships throughout their buying journey using our CRM
• Guiding customers through the lending process, giving them peace of mind that we’re here to help them achieve their goals
• Leveraging your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs ensuring positive lending outcomes for all and to future ready your customers for financial success
• Building strong, relationship‑centric connections with the community, the branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers

This is a permanent, full‑time position located in Colac.

What you’ll bring to the role

To succeed in this role, you’ll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We’d love you to have:

• Extensive experience in customer service or sales
• High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations
• An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation
• Highly developed credit analysis skills
• An understanding of small business offerings
• Consumer lending experience – this is essential
