BOQ Group is seeking a Lending Specialist to guide customers through the home-buying process, from initial consultation to loan approval. You will work closely with Branch Management and community partners to build trusted relationships and deliver tailored lending solutions.

You will navigate credit assessments, compliance, and risk management to ensure sound financial outcomes for clients while growing BOQ Group’s presence in local communities.

• Experience across full lending lifecycle including credit assessment and structuring tailored solutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management principles.
