Crewe Sharp Pty is seeking Home & Community Care workers to support clients in their homes in the South Eastern Suburbs. The role offers flexible shifts (1–5 hours) and opportunities for full-time, part-time, or extra shifts, with a simple app for accepting shifts and submitting timesheets. Expect ongoing opportunities and local branch support.

We offer a starter bonus, weekly payroll, and an employee referral program. Work is organized around your availability and convenient locations.

Qualificações

• Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent.
• HACC qualification desirable, but not essential.
• Minimum 3 months experience in Aged Care or hospital sectors.
• Valid National Police Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone.
• Willing to work domestic cleaning shifts.

• Provide tailored day-to-day support to clients, including social assistance, meal preparation, transport, cleaning and personal care, depending on individual needs.
• Shifts are between 1 to 5 hours, giving you flexibility to balance work with your lifestyle.
