Your Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver home assistance to clients to live comfortably and safely.

Responsibilities include

• Domestic Assistance : Cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, laundry), kitchen / bathroom sanitization, dusting, and bed linen changes.
• Safety & Compliance : Adhere to WHS policies and report incidents promptly.
• Compassionate Engagement : Build trust through respectful, friendly interactions.

Who We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Current First Aid & CPR Certification.
• COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum 2 doses).
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check.
• Reliable, empathetic, and proactive attitude.
• Cleaning / housekeeping experience (1+ year preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an AIN, Support Worker, or in aged / disability care.
• Own reliable vehicle (preferred but not essential).

Note

Most of our clients preferred female for domestic assistance.
