My Guardian Group is expanding its Home Care Workers pool in Wallan, VIC and surrounds. You will connect with clients for regular hours, providing companionship, personal care, and practical support to maintain independence at home. Prioritised rostering and flexible scheduling help you balance work with life.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
• Clear documentation of care and effective communication with families/coordinators.
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the right experience.

What You’ll Do

You won't just be checking boxes; you’ll be changing lives. Your day-to-day will focus on:

True Companionship: Building real connections, reducing isolation, and supporting emotional wellbeing.

Independence at Home: Personal Care, helping with light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep to keep homes safe and comfortable.

Community Connection: Getting clients out and about—driving them to social activities, shopping, and vital appointments.

What You Bring to the Team

Experience in Care: A solid background in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
