My Guardian is expanding its Home Care services in Cleveland QLD and surrounds, seeking dedicated Home Care Workers to deliver compassionate, personalised care. You’ll be matched to clients needing support to live with dignity and independence, with priority on reliable scheduling and meaningful client relationships.

The role emphasizes companionship, practical in-home care, and helping clients stay connected to their community.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential to coordinate with families and coordinators.
• Solid background in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living is preferred.
• A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain them quickly) are required.
• Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the right experience.
