Job summary

Right at Home North Queensland is seeking experienced Home Care Workers to provide compassionate, respectful in-home aged care services. You will support clients with personal care, domestic tasks, transportation, medication reminders and daily living activities, matching clients to caregivers to foster long-term relationships.

Our North Queensland office is under new management and requires additional staff to meet the growing demand for our services in the region.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Home Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high‑quality service.

Clients and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits and preferences to support long‑term relationships.

As typical in the role of in‑home aged care support, willsee you assisting with:

• personal care;
• domestic assistance;
• transportation;
• medication reminders; and
• other activities of daily living.
