My Guardian is expanding across Ashmore QLD and surrounds, building an elite pool of Home Care Workers ready to match a growing client base with compassionate, reliable care. You’ll be vetted and prioritized for regular hours as soon as a suitable client arrives.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
• Great communication and ability to document care accurately.
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or a willingness to obtain them quickly).
• A Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the right experience!

Responsibilities

• Building real connections, reducing isolation, and supporting emotional well-being.
• Personal Care, helping with light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep to keep homes safe and comfortable.
