What you bring

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Community Services is highly desired

Current Australian Driver's License and willing to travel

About the role

In this role, you'll provide individualised, flexible, and high-quality care to people in the community, helping them maintain their independence and live well in their own homes.

Your person-centred focus and attention to detail will assist us in recongising and responding to client needs as they evolve.

Duties will include but not limited to :

Assisting in the provision of individualised care using a person-centred approach as per the client care plan.

Provide independence services such as showering, medications, transport or respite care.

Provide everyday living services such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping or meal preparation.

Prompt and detailed reporting of client services.

Recognising and reporting of client risk via our incident management system.
