Qualifications

  • Willingness to obtain a current First Aid Certificate.
  • Current, unrestricted Driver’s Licence.
  • Sound knowledge of Aged Care legislation and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide positive leadership and role modeling.
  • Ensure alignment with UPA policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain a skilled workforce that meets client needs.
  • Facilitate training and meetings as required.
  • Monitor staff leave for service coverage.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding.
