• Certificate 3/4 in Individual Support is highly regarded but not essential.
• Experience in home care or transferable care skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day in-home tasks: cleaning, tidying, washing per care plan.
• Transport clients to appointments and shopping.
• Meal preparation and essential personal care as trained.
• Provide social support or respite for family carers.
• Maintain safety and report changes in client condition.
