RSL LifeCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver in-home clinical care across the Casino and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate, client-centered services, enabling seniors and veterans to live independently at home.

This role requires current AHPRA registration, Australian working rights, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work autonomously while prioritising caseloads with proficient use of technology. Not-for-profit benefits apply.

• Must possess current AHPRA registration.
• Ability to use technology to support care delivery.
• Australian Working Rights required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver clinical care in the home environment to help clients remain independent.
• Provide person-centred care aligned with client goals and preferences.
• Conduct clinical assessments, planning, monitoring and evaluation of care.
• Organise case conferences and maintain open communication with clients, families and representatives.
