My Guardian is expanding its fast-growing Home Care team across Kangaroo Flat and surrounding areas in Victoria. We seek dedicated carers who can provide compassionate, independent living support to clients at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
• Great communication with families and coordinators.
• First Aid & CPR Certification, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support highly regarded but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• True Companionship: Building real connections, reducing isolation, and supporting emotional wellbeing.
• Independence at Home: Personal care, light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep to keep homes safe and comfortable.
• Community Connection: Driving clients to social activities, shopping, and vital appointments.
