Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience within home care, aged care, or community health.
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance, and governance.
• Proven financial and operational management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for supporting older people.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse – highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Care Coordinators, Case Managers, and Support Workers.
• Manage delivery of Home Care Packages (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Monitor budgets and operational performance for sustainable service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes.
