Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service, administration, coordination or support roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
• Strong documentation and record management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support across the consumer lifecycle.
• Act as primary contact for enquiries, intake activities, onboarding and ongoing consumer support.
• Coordinate service requests, appointments and purchase orders.
• Provide information on available services, funding arrangements and support options.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify issues, escalate concerns and contribute to continuous improvement.
