Job summary

Concentric in East Vic seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide Support at Home, conducting in-home assessments, planning, and collaboration with clients and families. The role focuses on enhancing independence, safety, and quality of life through person-centred care and practical home modifications.

You will join a supportive team with a strong mentoring program, flexible hours, and a lively social calendar, including regular learning opportunities and a modern clinical education program.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Willing to travel to Rowville, Glen Wavery and Clayton.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• Car and Valid Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities
