This is a leadership role where you’ll make a real impact shaping team culture, driving best practice and ensuring our customers receive fair, timely and high‑quality assessments every time.

What you’ll be doing

As the Home Assessing Team Manager you’ll:

  • Lead and inspire a team of Assessors (both field and desktop) to deliver consistent high‑quality results.
  • Use data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed decisions.
  • Foster a positive collaborative team culture built on accountability and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our builder and trade networks.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with Youi’s Quality Repair Framework keeping safety compliance and build quality front of mind.
  • Support Youi’s response to catastrophe events ensuring readiness and delivery excellence.
  • Travel occasionally within your state (and at times interstate) to support your team and our customers.
