Job summary

JB Hi-Fi Limited is seeking enthusiastic Christmas Casuals to join the JB Hi-Fi team. As a Peak Trade Team Member, you will help across areas from customer facing to back of house and contribute to a high-energy, customer-focused store environment.

Recruitment starts in late August with start dates from September to October, depending on store needs and candidate availability. You may work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area during the peak period (Sept 2026–Feb 2027).

Qualifications

• You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
• Customer focused and results driven.
• You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
• Providing a high level of customer service including pre, during and post the sale.
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.
