Job summary

JB Hi-Fi in Sydney is seeking enthusiastic Christmas Casuals to join our busy stores during the peak season. You’ll help customers, stock shelves, and contribute to a high-energy team culture.

This role offers opportunities to learn about the latest tech, earn competitive casual rates, and enjoy staff discounts as part of the JB Hi-Fi group. Flexibility for peak periods (Sept–Feb) and the chance to work across multiple stores in the region.

Qualifications

• passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
• Customer focused and results driven.
• You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
• Providing a high level of customer service including pre, during and post the sale.
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.
