Job summary

Timberland Australia & New Zealand is hiring seasonal casual sales assistants for Timberland and Merrell during the holiday period. Join an energetic team in a fast-paced, community-focused retail environment.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist with stock, online orders, and merchandising, and enjoy staff training and substantial employee discounts.

This role requires availability mid-November to mid-February, including weekends, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day.

Qualifications

• Availability mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends and holidays.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
• Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers
