Unison is seeking Christmas Casual Sales Assistants to deliver an elevated customer experience across our Sydney stores.

Start dates range from early to mid‑November, with shifts spanning November to January, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail with personal style.
• Experience using a point-of-sale system.
• Attention to detail with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience handling large stock volumes and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction.
• Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
• Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.
• Exceed sales targets and business KPIs.
• Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.
