Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Senior Team Leader in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Hands-on leader with a strong “Make It Happen” mindset.
• Passionate about coaching, developing and motivating teams.
• Confident with operational tasks including visual merchandising, stock management and wage control.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to grow and progress your retail career.

What You’ll Do

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets and KPIs aligned with business objectives. This position operates on a Sunday–Thursday roster and is ideal for a motivated leader ready to make an impact in a dynamic retail setting.
