East Garden, Sydney, NSW clinic is seeking a General Practitioner (GP) to join a high-volume practice. The role offers flexibility with Part-Time or Full-Time employment and a strong income model.

Initial rate of $200 per hour for the first 3 months, followed by a retainership with a 70-30 split in favour of the GP. This position promises supportive team, steady patient flow, and opportunities for long-term patient relationships.

About the Role

Our Medical Centre partner in East Garden, Sydney is seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to join the team. With a high volume of patients on a daily basis, this role offers excellent opportunities for consistent clinical practice and income growth in a supportive environment.

• Employment Status: Part-Time or Full-Time
• Rate per Hour: $200 per hour during the first 3 months
• Retainer: After completion of 3 months of service, both Full-Time and Part-Time GPs will transition to a retainership basis.
• Income Model: 70-30 split (GP retains 70%, Medical Centre retains 30%)
