Job summary

Sidekicker connects skilled bar staff with venues across Melbourne: busy bars, pubs, restaurants and high-volume retail bar service. You choose your shifts, get paid weekly, and build experience across different venues instead of being tied to one employer.

About You: you have a current RSA certificate (essential), experience in high-volume retail bar service including tap beer pouring and bottle service, and you’re comfortable working fast-paced shifts reliably and independently.

Qualifications

• RSA certificate is mandatory.
• Experience in high-volume bar service is required.
• Comfort working fast-paced shifts and adapting to busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks efficiently during busy periods.
• Take orders and process payments through POS.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked and organised.
• Engage with guests and maintain service standards.
• Support general bar operations as part of the team.
