Job summary

Pinnacle Safety and Training in Melbourne VIC is seeking a dedicated Trainer and Assessor to deliver a range of nationally recognised high-risk safety courses. You will train and assess under WP and LF, support student learning, and contribute to outcomes across Port Melbourne, Braeside facilities, and occasional site work.

Ideal candidates hold WorkSafe VIC assessor accreditation, HRWL WP/LF, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and strong facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Accreditation with WorkSafe VIC as an Assessor of High-Risk Work Licences (WP and LF).
• Current Driver’s Licence and HRWL with WP/LF classes.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with relevant units.
• Demonstrated experience delivering industrial safety training.
• Exceptional facilitation skills to create inclusive learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of nationally accredited courses including WP/LF.
• Monitor and support students to achieve learning outcomes.
• Deliver High-Risk courses such as Elevating Work Platform and Forklift.
• Potentially deliver additional courses and site work as required.
