Fuse Recruitment requires a reliable High Reach Forklift Operator / Warehouse Storeperson in Rydalmere, NSW. The role oversees stock receipt, storage, and dispatch in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting, using RF scanners and warehouse systems.

You will operate a high-reach forklift in freezer and standard warehousing environments, with temperatures around -18°C, ensuring accuracy and safety in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Current and valid forklift licence required.
• Extensive high-reach forklift experience.
• Experience in freezer environment (-18°C).
• Food manufacturing/ distribution warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong inventory accuracy and FIFO knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate a high-reach forklift safely in warehouse and freezer.
• Load/unload trucks and move stock to freezer storage.
• Check deliveries against paperwork and receipting.
• Maintain FIFO stock rotation and conduct cycle counts.
• Record stock movements using RF scanners and systems.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in warehouse areas.
